        Our factory is located in Tangxia Town, Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province, China. Our local airport is Wenzhou Longwan Airport. The nearest international airport is Shanghai Pudong Airport. From Shanghai to Wenzhou by air about 40min, by train about 4 hours. We would like to pick you up in airport or train station.

Q3. What kind of machines do you have?

       Our factory is specialized in producing spin-on filter seaming machine, leakage testing machine, gluing machine, tapping machine, steel clipping machine, printing machine etc. If you need any other machine, we could help you find it. 

Q4.Can I Customized the machine?

       Yes, for sure! On the basis of our core business and our range, we have the capability to develop all types of systems, machinery, auxiliary equipment and options to address the specific requirements of different market segments. 

Q5. How is your technical team?

        We have our own factory and professional technicians. Five major technicians and full funds support persist in innovation, continuous improvement of machinery and put our machines on the leading position in filter making machine industry.

Q6. Can I get some Samples? How can I get it?

       Yes, we can send you some samples for free. But you should pay the freight, and you need to provide us with your DHL or TNT account, address, zip code, mobile phone number. 

Q7. How about the Quotation Price Form?

       We can quote with FOB, CIF, EXW price. 

Q8. How about the Payment Terms?

      Normally we accept T/T 30% of the total amount as the deposit, pay the balance by T/T before shipment.

Q9. How about the Delivery Time?

      Normally within 45 working days after receiving the deposit and confirmed machine. And it is according to your machine type and our factory schedule.

Q10. How about the Guarantee?

        We provide One-year warranty and lifelong service.

        We maintain a stock of spare parts so that our customers can obtain spares within the shortest time. During guarantee period, the cost of spare parts should be borne by the seller, but the freight for delivery of spare parts will be on the buyer's account.
